Joshua resides in St. Louis, MO. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Middle School Education with concentrations in Language Arts and Social Studies, a Master of Science degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education, and a Master of Arts degree in Human Development Counseling with specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He’s a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Level 1 Qualified MBSR Teacher currently working full-time as a therapist and Team Leader for the Missouri Department of Mental Health at the St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center – South.

His professional background includes work in Mental Health Counseling, Substance Abuse Counseling, Higher Education, IT, and Food Service Management.

When he’s not working, he spends his time reading and writing, hanging out with his friends, and lazing around the house binge-watching a seemingly endless list of TV shows. Coffee and books are the way to his heart, and he can be found frequently at Barnes and Noble or Starbucks.
